FITNESS IN THE PARK MONDAY JUNE 14th @ 7pm
SATURDAY MAY 22nd @2;30pm: CKO for the derek lagos scholarship fund
Every year the City of Hoboken presents the "Fitness in the Park series of outdoor classes. CKO offered a finess kickboxing class complete with heavybags, at Pier A Park in Hoboken on Monday June 14th.
Thank you for helping us remember our friend Derek Lagos, a CKO fan who passed away at the age of 13. We raised more than $1100 for the Derek Lagos Scholarship Fund!

On Saturday February 27th CKO raised $5000 for Citizens Untied For Research In Epilepsy. THe benefit featured a one hour class, a tshirt for all attendees and a raffle with great prizes!
JANUARY 23rd 2010 ADVANCED STRIKING SEMINAR
Hit Harder. Increase Your Speed. Burn More Calories. Tighten Your Technique. Mike Andreula's Advanced Striking Seminar on Saturday January 23rd, 2010, from 3:30pm to 5:00pm. The session featured heavybags and striking pads.

On Saturday December 5th 2009, CKO "Went Pink" and helped fight Breast Cancer with a 90 minute class/fundraiser An $18 donation got participants a limited edition CKO t-shirt and CKO backpack.
July 14th 2009
On July 14th 2009, at 7pm Party With Purpose hosted it's annual 5K run to benefit the Boys and Girls Club and Jubilee Center of Hoboken. CKO Kickboxing sponsored a team of 40 members in the race!
